“I would not look like a typical Dacia”

These were the words of the client when we sat down to talk about this project.

You could not overturn a concept without trying to preserve some typical details of the place where the house was to be built. So the artful combination of traditional materials such as stone and wood, mitigate the overwhelming architecture of this villa by the two sides. The first side facing the entrance to the

property more discreet, more traditional, where the forms and use of materials back to tradition.

The second, the one that juts out into the river bank, brings out his personality and his departure from tradition. Two wings towards modernity to create covered areas where you can spend the time, in relation to the nature, Dacia has changed soul, while maintaining the characteristics of its pitched.

The interior is refined and sophisticated that does not disdain the use of natural materials such as leather, the wood, the stones, as a subway revisiting. Superb space created by the double volume living room into which look two of the four bedrooms on the upper floor, a bit of voyeurism to increase the mold pleasant of this residence.
